Rainbow Chard, et al. 

Rainbow chard, aubergine, salad onions, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime & salmon + garlic, sea salt, sun dried tomatoes, quinoa & Alexandre Stern honey. Asparagus on the side.

To be fair, the aubergine was a step too far. Also, last time I made it with barbecued chicken thighs.

Both were extremely good.
